Soft Notes From Kendra: Romanticizing My Life with 75 Soft Challenge

Hello my love,

I’ve been craving softness in every part of my life lately.

Slow mornings with fresh fruit and a cup of tea. Long walks home after the gym, feeling the summer breeze kiss my skin. Lighting a candle while I read a chapter of a book I can’t put down. It’s these little moments that remind me how beautiful it is to take care of myself, to live slowly, to embrace the gentle luxury of being present.

This week, I started my 75 Soft Challenge, and it feels like a sweet promise to myself:

✨ One to two drinks a month, if that.

✨ Moving my body four to five times a week, letting the gym be a love note to myself.

✨ Reading for 30 minutes a day, letting words fill the spaces in my mind.

✨ Spending time on my creative hobbies, like editing cozy videos and curating my little world.

I’m learning that luxury isn’t just the beautiful places I visit or the dinners I share; it’s also the intentional way I care for myself, the way I nourish my body, and the way I choose softness in a world that often feels so loud.
